The proposal shall meet the client’s requirements, and clearly define the scope of work and services. The Proposal shall be prepared in good quality and a timely manner to comply with the submission date. The marketing plan to be developed at the early stage according to the company business plan. The marketing plan shall meet the company vision as well as the market situation and clearly define the scope of business&work and time. The marketing plan shall be executed in a timely manner to maintain the budget. Main responsibilities are: 1.To be the company ambassador 2.To maintain the growth of current business 3.To develop new business 4.To promote and develop new market 5.To review proposal in a timely manner 6.To conduct marketing activities Marketing and Business Plan 1)To work closely with CEO and management levels in order to execute and implement business plan 2)To establish marketing strategies to meet organization objectives 3)To develop and implement marketing plans 4)To manage the marketing department budget and deliver all marketing activities with set budget 5)To develop and implement marketing programs and objectives to increase the sales 6)To develop and implement sales forecasts Proposal&Contract 7)To contact / visit the client regularly to collecting new inquires 8)To gather inquiries from client and coordinate with all involved parties. 9)To communicate with clients to identify and clarify their requirements 10)To ensure that prepared proposals are clearly defined the Scope of Work and Services and the alignment with clients’ requirement 11)To ensure that prepared proposals are clearly defined and identified any clarifications or exceptions to the client’s inquiry or requirement. 12)To comply with the target date to submit the proposal 13)To prepare local information for making the costing form to HQ team 14)To clarify client’s commercial comments on proposal 15)To following up client’s comments/approval to proposals 16)To prepare draft contract/Agreement 17)To negotiate with clients and draft contract for signing 18)To conduct the contract signing 19)To conduct the kick-off meeting with all involved parties after signing the contract and to make sure that all related documents are transferred to all parties at least 3 days in advance. 20)To coordinate and transfer all information related to the project to Project management team Marketing administration 21)To arrange and update CCSP E-Catalogue or Ordinary Catalog 22)To arrange and update Company presentation 23)To screen and coordinate with Social Media Channel in order to post CCSP Advertisement 24)To update CCSP local website 25)To prepare a Marketing report for updated status/progress of Marketing&Project 26)To ensure that the Marketing work system&procedure is followed for any projects 27)To represent the company when required at internal and external client meetings 28)To coordinate, arrange and participate seminars and exhibitions to promote company’s business.
