Responsible for daily communication and maintenance with franchisees, addressing feedback and helping solve practical problems, while promoting the career development of core franchisees. 4. Participate in building communication channels for franchisees and organize various activities to help stores develop relevant functions. 5. Collect successful cases from franchisees and prepare information files for selection and use. 6. Manage franchise funds, including budgeting and expense control. 7.
